• 3-5 days of sleep log analysis, where I will carefully review all elements of feeding and sleep and create a plan to move forward
• One hour consultation via Zoom, where we will discuss everything in depth
• Personalised follow up plan, covering everything we have discussed and agreed upon
• 2 weeks of unlimited WhatsApp support. I will be on hand to offer guidance, support and celebrate your success
• Additional weekly support can be added on for £49 per week.
